They seemed to be oriented to people who already knew how to edit video, which was no help at all to me. I really wanted that program to work - but I found the tutorials obscure and way too brief, flicking rapidly back and forth through editing maneuvers, with no useable explanation of what was being done. I tried very hard to learn Pinncale, over a period of almost three months. Perhaps they've greatly improved the Pinnacle program, and also greatly improved their support and help.
